Program Structure: Immersive & Modular Learning

The curriculum spans 400 contact hours across three terms, with progressive learning from foundational management to specialization and real-world immersion.

Term 1 (130 Hours)

  • Workshops: Data Analytics (on-campus), Case Writing & Storytelling (online)

  • Exposure Visits: Vizag-based defence production units like NSTL, HSL, Avantel


Term 2 (120 Hours)

Admissions: Who Can Apply?

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Full-time officer/executive in DDP (MoD), DPSUs, or private defence sector

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks

  • Minimum 5 years of full-time work experience post-graduation

  • Minimum 15 years of remaining service (for govt/PSU applicants)



Admissions Process: Aptitude & Alignment

  2. Online Aptitude Test: 75 minutes, no negative marking

  3. Online Personal Interview

The final selection is based on:
