3. Three-Phase Learning Journey

  1. Phase I – Fundamentals of Management (Year 1)

    • MBA-level core courses across eight functional areas.

  2. Phase II – Specialisation Deep-Dive (Year 2)

    • Advanced doctoral seminars.

    • Mandatory PhD skill modules: research methods, academic writing, pedagogy.

  3. Phase III – Doctoral Dissertation (Years 3–4)
